Surfside Electronics offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.  Returned products must be complete, in the original packaging and resalable. Include all original accessories and warranty card.  Pack the merchandise securely to prevent damage.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Computer software and swimwear may not be returned.  Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  Surfside Electronics will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.  Always ship return items to the return address located on the shipping package.

International Orders

All international purchases are final and non-returnable. Warranty service may be limited or not available outside the United States. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. Please note that we will not ship items as “gifts” for customs purposes. Any refused packages will be charged for shipping costs and all fees associated with the return shipment. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days), FedEx International Economy (2-5 business days), or USPS International Priority Mail (typically 1-4 weeks). Additional shipping charges may be required on oversized items. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards and international wire transfers. A credit card authorization form may be required to process international credit card payments. The total of all international credit cards purchases are limited to under $3,000 over a 90 day period unless a signed agreement exists. We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse or reject international orders for any reason. Minn Kota, Lowrance, Eagle, and CO2 Inflatable products will not be shipped outside the United States.
